PC1866 or PC1600 with better timings?

Hello, for my gaming system.

Should i go with DDR3 - 1866 timings of 9-10-9-28 CL9
or DDR3 - 1600 timings of 8-8-8-24 CL8?

Both same price, from same company.

The lower the CAS Latency the better. 8/9 Is really good.

The higher the DDR3-xxxx the better.

H97 doesn't support higher than DDR3-1600.

Z97 supports up to 2400.
