I have,
intel dg41rq motherboard
4gb ram
intel duo e7500 processor
cs 650 PSU

do u think that 750 ti 2gb is way too much for my PC to handle?

Your computer would handle it fine, but if you are using 32-bit Windows installing a 2GB video card will only leave you with a little less than 2GB of RAM to use. If you have 64-bit Windows, it'll be fine.
