who is better HX 650 or RM 550?

i have a big problems which one should i buy corsair hx 650 or rm 550 but i see on google both are better quality.Please tell me which one should i buy.MY system confrigation is intel core i5 4570/sapphire R9 270x/Ram Gskill ripjawsx 8 gb 1600mhz and gigabyte z87m d3h motherboard

The HX650 is better.

However, does it have to be Corsair?

You're better off with the XFX TS 550w as It's cheaper, yet It's better quality than both Corsair HX & RM.
