I have no idea what to do anymore. Maybe someone here can help me.
I have MSI Z87-G45 motherboard, MSI R9 290 GPU and i5 4670K(all not OC'd).
When i first build my pc around 1 year ago all was fine, everything worked great. Few months ago i noticed that games have around 90 fps but are somehow choppy, mouse movements is smooth but when i run, then frames r very choppy, its like skipping some frames or something. V-sync kinda helps but still not much. Have reinstalled drivers for AMD. In some games ive noticed that when i turn shaders to normal i can run them without stuttering.
