Water Cooling advice

I was wondering if I would need to bleed a water cooling system such as a Corsair H55 as i have heard a lot about bleeding a water cooling loop but I don't fully understand it any help is welcome.

You will only need to bleed the custom water loops that you will assemble piece by piece. The all-in-one systems like the the H55 you do not have to bleed since it was done in the factory. If you do end up taking the cooler apart you will void the warranty that comes with i as well.

Will I have to buy liquid either or will that come with it?
