Foxconn C51-XEM2AA SLI 590 MB, with AM2 AMD 4600+ 64X 2.4ghz. CPU, 6 gig DDR2- PC-6400/800 Corsair. Window 7 Ultimate.
Vid card GT 240 - 1 gig gforce.
I'm looking to overclock the CPU, and or memory to 3.0ghz. I'm a super noob at all of this.
I would like to know exactly what to set everything at to make this happen, any help would be greatly appreciated. Need to know exact settings. This is a 2006 Alienware, before Dell. Remarkably its still jamming like a champ. However its a bit slow for some of the newer games.

Also, would it be easier to just drop in another chip? What would be max CPU for this MB.
