Can i Install a Bios that will allow me to Overclock my CPU?

i got a fujitsu siemens celsius w370 Bios: FUJITSU SIEMENS // Phoenix Technologies Ltd. 6.00 R1.19.2817.A1 5.11.2009. 8GB RAM,Q9550 core 2 quad (2.83Ghz Stock) (MotherBoard D2817-A1) Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate
anyways is there any Bios i can upgrade/install in order to Be able to Overclock my CPU

OEM mobo's are pretty locked down so you can't OC much, if at all (fewer warranty issues). A new mobo is probably your only option if you want to OC. I mean finding a decent second hand lga775 mobo isn't that hard these days. I grab them all the time on craigslist for budget builds

Not 100% what I'd suggest though as there's a lot of risk involved

You could try to sell it part by part some people will buy the q9550 for gold I sold mine along with an Asus mobo 8gb ram it got my to a modern platform.. The q9550 is very old tech.. Even though it was a great cpu.
