Hello ,
Is it possible to decrease VRAM usage by setting a limit for FPS ? , I want to prevent gtx 970 3.5 GB VRAM problem (ex: in a game like shadow of mordor ) by limiting FPS to just 35-45 FPS.

is this possible ? if yes please tell me how to limit FPS for nvidia cards .

No, you would need to lower anti aliasing or texture detail to lower vram usage.For shadow of mordor as long as you don't download and use the ulta textures that require 6gb of ram you won't have any issues.
