I have been having some issues of late when browsing the internet. I currently use Google Chrome as my browser of choice. My browser is extremely temperamental and varies between loading webpages no problem, loading webpages after refreshing multiple times, and not loading webpages full stop. As of recent I have found that I have to refresh the webpage multiple times to load anything and failing that the webpage refuses to load entirely. I decided to try other browsers such as IE and Firefox to no avail.
My other devices have no problem with browsing speed but just to be certain I ran a speed test and got the following results: 27 ms ping, 37.11 Mbps download speed, and 17.53 Mbps upload speed. These results helped me confirm that it is not the internet speed that is the issue.
If anyone could let me know how to solve this problem that would be really appreciated!

Windows edition: Windows 8.1
Processor: AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon(tm) HD
Graphics 2.50 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.19 GB usable)
System type: 64 -bit Operating System, x64-based processor
