I have a built tower that has windows OS installed on it, and wondering if I could install macs OS on it instead. Is that possible as its just downloading an OS, or do mac computers have something super special about it that you are unable to download it on any computer.

Look up Hackintosh, it's pretty self-explanatory. You do need a mac for this, but you can just go do it in the Apple store
