Help with cooling / fan configuration

I'm looking for some advice on cooling. I am about to go ahead with a new build I've put together for video editing and I'd like to know the best fan set up to use. So far I've read that negative pressure is best and intake fans should be on the front and exhaust should be top or rear.

My Define R5 case comes with 2 x Fractal Design Dynamic GP14 140mm fans.
Should I buy any additional fans?
And what would be the best configuration for them?

My build:

Solution
Environment has a bigger impact on negative or positive pressure config than anything. Dusty location -> fans should all blow out, or mostly blow out. Config is typically intake front (most cases have a filter) and exhaust rear. You won't need additional fans, but they won't hurt. Placing you PSU so it exhausts through the bottom of your case will also help with cooling.

Thanks for your response! That makes a lot of sense, so do you think it would be worth getting the extra fan? I don't mind spending that little extra if it's going to help.

Extra air flow will always help, but it is only actually needed if you think your GPU will get at or above 80°C or CPU will get in upper 70's. A 250mm on top or front (if possible) will be the addition that would help the most. 2nd would be two more 140mm's.

Okay! And with a 140mm already on the front (intake) and another on the rear (exhaust) would you recommend the third fan being used to intake or exhaust?

The third fan should be used for an exhaust in my opinion.
