Need help with BSOD

Hello ,
for a few days now my computer has started to crash and gets BOSD. I am pretty sure the problem is with my RAM . But i have no idea how to troubleshoot the real problem.
System : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3,40 GHz
16,0 GB of Ram (4x4 GB)
Win 8.1 64 Bit Operating system , x64- based processor
Graphics Card : amd Radeon R9 285
Mother board: DH67BL

To rule out hard drive issues ensure SMART drive monitoring is turned ON in the BIOS.
Also,
Run CHKDSK /r on your C drive. (Google it)
Lastly, download a boot-able drive diagnostic disc from the manufacturer of your hard drive (Most manufacturers have one you can use to test their drives for failures/issues)

If your fairly certain it the RAM then google memtest86. You'll burn a bootable DVD and load your computer from that disc and run a memory diagnostic for no less than 24 hrs. If the test fails or your computer reboots you might indeed have a RAM issue.

Hey , thank you for your answer . I already had SMART enabled.
And as much i know there is no need to run CHKDSK on your drive if your drive is an SSD .

And i am pretty sure the problem cant be in my drives, because i just bought new ones about 3 months ago. : My main drive:Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive
Secondary Drive : WD 1TB SATA lll Desktop SATA Drive - Blue .
I still have to try out the last solution - memtest86 , but i cant do it before tomorrow.

most of the bugchecks were in memory management. I would focus finding the cause of those first and would assume the bugchecks in the filesystem are side effects caused by the memory management bugchecks.

Also, I would copy the actual memory .dmp files to a server and post a link. The error codes don't look like the ones you typically get with bad RAM.

you have a older CPU so I assume you have a older system. (ie blow dust out of the CPU fan, run hardware diagnostics)

I should add that i get BSOD only when i try to run programs or games. I can run game fine , but if i have twitch stream open at the same time , one will crash , or i ll get BSOD. For example i cant run GW2 Or Photoshop anymore , while i have something else open. I didnˇt have this problem before.
I made memtest86 bootable flash drive and booted my pc from it , but i am not sure what it did. It started scan and ran for few hours checking my ram errors , but when it finished it didnt give me any report page or something like that.
