Hello,
I am using a cable broadband connection. My ISP has provided me with a cable which i can directly plug into my laptop and then login to access the internet.
I was also provided with a static IP,DNS and gateway. Recently I bought a Dlink DIR-600L cloud router.I chose my connection as static IP and filled in all the details as provided by my ISP. The connection was OK, I just had to open a browser then log on to use the internet. After logging on I could even use my phone and other PC via wifi but I noticed that I my connection was dropping regularly after few minutes!! I tried disabling firewall,Anti spoofing but still the problem remained.

I have connected the lan cable from my ISP to the WAN port of my router and dhcp was enabled.
I have also tried connecting the lan cable from ISP to the LAN port of router and disabling dhcp on router,in that case though the packet loss vanishes but I am not able to connect multiple devices at once which is the whole purpose of it.

I have tried whatever I know by now please help me.

Actually I thought my device was faulty so I got it replaced but the new DIR 600L also has the same issue :-/
I will be trying to return this then. Can you suggest any other router that might be good?
