Does upgrading the CPU also upgrade Intel HD Integrated Graphics?

Hey,
The laptop that I'm using (Acer E5-511P) comes with Intel HD Graphics (no number version, just intel hd graphics) with 32mb of dedicated memory, and a Celeron N2930 Quad-core 1.83 GHz processor. If I were to upgrade my processor to an i3 or i7, would it also upgrade my Intel HD Graphics to a new model such as 2000 or even a 3000? If not, then how do I increase my graphic's dedicated ram?
I have heard somewhere that this does happen, I just want to see if it's really true or not.

Solution
Yes it would as the integrated graphics is on the chip die. However, you must first determine that your motherboard is compatible with which ever new CPU that you select and whether the bios will support it, or if there is an updated bios that will support it.
