You would need a motherboard that has either the P67, Z68, or Z77 chipset for overclock and if motherboard have some heatsinks around CPU socket it will let you know if it is meant for OC or not.
A simple answer is no. You could increase the BCLK a bit, but then you may end up having unexpected issues. If you already have the CPU and you want to overclock, then buy a quality Z77 motherboard.
