how can i zip the most recent file. im not 100% sure how to do that and what you want me to do

you don't have to zip the files if you have a fast internet connection. just go to c:\windows\minidump and copy all the *.dmp files to a server like microsoft's one drive, give the files public access and post a link here.

i really don't trust sending files over the internet if someone can tell me how to get a screen cap of the blue screen ill send that but i just dont want to send file. my pc just restarted there with no warning or blue screen. i will try get a picture of the blue screen if i can its just i really dont know what files i can trust sending/ showing to people. i dont want to waste your time so i wil change the mother board and reinstall windows tomorrow and see it that helps or fixes it. im pretty new to this zip ad file stuff so i dont want to waste your time thanks for helping and ill will take this down and make a new one if i still need help thanks again. unless someone can tell me how to open it and send a screen cap

a minidump file just contains the names of the drivers and dates, and a binary copy of the loaded driver along with their stack states. No user data or any files from your machine. But please yourself.

bugcheck caused by a bad address passed to the audio functions in the ATI audio driver
ATI Function Driver for HD Audio Service

the graphics card contains audio support to provide your monitor speakers sound via displayport. if you remove your graphics card you should also remove the graphics drivers and graphics card sound driver.

i know that the drives for the graphics card would be a issue i didnt remove them because i didnt think that they would be the problem. if i update my drivers could this possible fix my problem ?

yes, but you still have to go into BIOS and reset it to defaults or go into BIOS and change any hardware setting and change it back. This will trigger the BIOS to reassign hardware resources (interrupts, Direct memory access channels) and it will rebuild the database it sends to windows. if you don't do this, the BIOS will tell windows the resource is still in use and windows will not be able to use it or assign it to a new device later.
