BSOD CRITICAL PROCESS DIED after update

I just turn on my old windows 8.1 laptop because i need for my work and i try to update it and this is first time i update since i bought my laptop, but after all update done i got bluescreen. I fix this with system restore point and all goes normal and i tried to update it again 3 times but got same result bluescreen with Critical process died.

look for files in c:\windows\minidump that have a .dmp extension, copy the file to a public server like mediafire or microsoft onedrive. Make the files public access and post a link.

How do i open minidump ? Trying to upload it but i dont have permission.

it is in a directory you don't own by default so you have to copy it to the new location without attempting to open it.
it is a binary file anyway and you would need a tool to read it. Some people use bluescreenviewer.exe, I just use a windows debugger.
