Where can I get the official/genuine version of Windows 8/8.1 .iso?

Ill be buying my key from g2a.com as its alot cheaper compared to other sites, but the ISO isnt included. This is the only official site I found:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

But there are only .exe files, when I open up the .exe it asks for the product key(for upgrading, not bootable usb?) but if i enter the key wont that count as being used? I don't want it on my current system im using right now, i want to make a boot-able usb for my new PC that im currently building.

Thanks for any help, all is appreciated.

Picture of what the .exe looks like after opened:

I don't want to pirate windows, that's just something I don't want to mess with especially for the amount of money im putting into the build.

if you need to save up some money, i suggest using windows 10 technical preview, it is completely free to use and is very simliar to windows 8. when windows 10 releases sometime this year you can buy a genuine product key then

On a scale of 1-10, 1 being pirate and 10 being direct from Microsoft....G2A is about a 1.01.
Amazon/Newegg/Tigerdirect/CDW being a 9.99.

What's an N edition of Windows?

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-to-n
"N editions of Windows 8.1 and Windows 8 don't include media-related technologies like Windows Media Player or Camera. To play or create audio CDs, digital media files, and video DVDs; organize content in a media library; create playlists; convert audio CDs to digital media files; view artist and title information of digital media files; view album art of music files; transfer music to personal music players; or record and play back TV broadcasts after Windows 8.1 or Windows 8 is installed, you'll need to install a media player and other software from Microsoft or another company.

Internet Explorer 11 in N editions of Windows 8.1 doesn’t include media features like adaptive streaming or Digital Rights Management (DRM) playback. To add these features, you’ll need to download and install the Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows from the Microsoft Download Center, as well as an app that uses PlayReady DRM from the Windows Store, such as the Xbox Music app or Xbox Video app. The app must be installed to specifically turn on DRM features, while all other media features are installed with the Media Feature Pack."

So this one at €50.00 should be good?
Says the seller is microsoft, buts its just the product key according to Google Chromes translations.

8.1 Pro for 50 EUR....nope.

If it is significantly cheaper that what it should be...no.
You seem to have found that 0.01 at Amazon...:)

You're building an expensive PC. Don't cheap out on the OS.

€160 + delivery seems abit too much for an OS, I cant seem to find anything in the pro edition that I would need so ill stick with the normal edition.

Ill be ordering my computer parts from hardwareversand.de, they also sell operating systems with Windows 8 priced at €103, still more than I wanted to pay for an OS but I know they're legit (site was actually recommended from this site) with a fixed delivery charge of about €12 for everything.
