I have purchased a new PC from CyberPowePC. It will come with 2TB HDD, which will probably already have the OS installed to it, but seperately, I purchased a 500GB SSD. I would like to use this SSD as my boot drive, what is the best way to do this? Is it better to finish the installation onto the HDD or just plug in the SSD without that? Also, do I have to reinstall the motherboard driver and gpu driver on the SSD? Sorry, this is probably a very amateur question!

Solution
Samsung has a free ssd migration app.
It has never failed me.
Run the app to create a new os with whatever else is installed on the hard drive.
Replace the hard drive connection with the ssd and boot.
I would do this first since all subsequent installs and updates will go much faster.
No ssd drivers are necessary.
