I need help choosing components for my first ever PC build. Im looking for the best bang for your money, while not hindering performance too much. I dont plan on Overclocking.

So far i have decided on my GPU and CPU which are the GTX 970 and the i5 4460.
I could get the i5 4590 which is 10 pounds more or i5 4690 which is 30 pounds more, but would it be worth the extra 10 pounds per 100Mhz?

Also as im not overclocking will i need a CPU cooler? And what case would be good for aircooling, ive had my eye on the phantek enthoo pro, but seeing as im not overclocking would this be too much?

Please could someone help me choose

I5-4460 is fine and will not bottleneck. 1Mhz is not worth 10 more pounds IMO. You do not need to buy an aftermarket cooler the one that comes with the 4460 is fine, I have it and my CPU stays under 50C on full load on all cores. It stays very cool.
