Hello everyone,
I am currently using an i3 laptop to do my daily work and gaming but I feel that it is not powerful to play some games on Ultra.
I have never built a computer but I have some experiences with computers so I am giving it a try.
I am wondering what is the best computer rig for around $500 to $700 if possible, to play games like Tera, League of Legends, and BF4 on Ultra with decent frames.

Anything will let you play Ultra, as long as you don't mind 1 FPS. ;-) This'll probably do at 30 or less FPS, I'll need to check the benchmarks again.
