hello, so im kind of new to the new technology these days and im trying to build a new gaming/streaming/surfing computer. im planning on buying it this coming week and need help fin ding the right parts for the right price. my main budget range is $700 to $750 I do need an OS (preferably windows 8) if you include the OS I can spend up to $800. I will be using this pc for mostly gaming, streaming and surfing the web. I don't need this computer to run games on insanely high settings but I do need it to be able to run them smoothly and at good frame rates and be able to surf the web quickly, I already have a monitor and mouse/keyboard all I need is the optical drive, case, storage, PSU, Memory, Motherboard, CPU. and a decent graphics car (I can always upgrade later on). I do need an OS (windows 8), I don't quite know how to overclock so I wont be doing that anytime soon, my monitor res is 1080p, I would like my case to be fairly similar to the one below, I am located in the United States, I would like to get all my parts from newegg.com, and my CPU I want an Intel i5 series model, I am upgradeing my pc because my old pc got severely damage in a flood we had :( but oh well, that means I get to upgrade it to be better! any suggestions on changes I should make to the parts list I have is much appreciated!

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8tVzRB Get this and AMD say they have 8 core but that actually means 4 as its multi threaded so the i5 is better as it has more single core performance the build I made you costs $777 including VAT postage and mail rebates including the os and has an i5 and gtx 960 4gb perfect for streaming and you can overclock it to get more performance out of your gpu.

- 280 is the same as 960 in benchmarks but has an extra gig of vram.
