Need GPU advice for my Dell vostro 460 mini tower

I have a dell vostro 460 mini tower.it has mid range i5-2400@3.1Ghz,12GB DDR3 ram,350W stock dell psu,msi 7750 1gb gpu.I m going to upgrade the psu to 600W and gpu to asus strix 960 4GB.Please tell me whether its going to fit in my mini tower or not,The gpu dimension is 8.47"x4.77"x1.61".and suggest me a 550w or 600w psu that will fit along with this gpu in my mini tower. I was considering upgrading to gtx970 But will wait for pascal to get benefit of HBM memory.till now i m looking for gtx 960.dont suggest amd cards now.i will buy an asus strix gtx 960 4GB

It looks like it will be a tight fit. I would go for one of the smaller gtx 960s that are built to fit in machines like yours. Also, all you need for a gtx 960 is a 430-500 watt psu.
