GPU - AMD R7 - 260x
RAM - Kingston Hyper X 8GB DDR3 1866Mhz
Monitor - Dell 19" LED

It's mid-end build, not even close to high end, but will be fine for gaming with medium settings.

Not high end medium I would say a better gpu would make it better r9 280 or similar
