2gb+4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram shows 1067 mhz speed in bios

I have one 2gb ram and one 4gb ram of 1333 mhz speed but it shows 1067mhz in bios. I have gigabyte H61M DS2 rev 2.2 mobo. Plz tell me why this is happening.
