There's a file in my System32 folder which cripples my computer. It automatically runs as a process on startup and overheats my video card. Deleting this one process from the task manager immediately fixes the problem, however I can't delete the problem file itself.

It's an application called Lsass. At first when I tried to delete it I couldn't because only TrustedInstaller had permissions for it. I finally managed to give myself access but now I get this error when trying to delete it. I have no idea what Security Access Manager is or how to proceed.

It's a legit windows file. Run a command prompt and run "sfc /scannow". Also, run some scans like combofix and malwarebytes. There is also a good tool called tweaking.com windows repair tool. You can try booting into the recovery console and use command prompt to rename the file "lsass.old" and when you reboot see if windows puts the right file back.

Scanned system32 with Avast. Nothing found. Here's a thread I made elsewhere about the video card problem where you can see why it's such a problem

And try with malwarebytes.

You can't 'delete' that file permanently. It is a part of the OS.
Find out what is invoking it to that extent.
