Need a work PC build in the budget of $200. It will be used for Microsoft Office programs, and browsing the internet.

For a $200 working build, I would buy this Intel APU build with HD Graphics 2500, which is sufficient for mild work like yours: (I must disclose, than an AMD setup could be favorable as well at this budget, so look for other replies as well with AMD parts)

If you do not have a OS, Windows will take half of your bugdet (around 100 dollars) therefore, if you do not have an OS, I suggest running a simplified derivative of Linux.

You can find some Linux derivatives that looks and works almost exactly like windows, where the only difference essentially is the cost. Windows is 100 dollars, Linux is free.
