So I recently bought a new laptop. It's specs are not the best or anything but still they are pretty decent.

Total Memory 4.0 GB.
Video Card 2 AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260.
Manufacturer ATI.
Chipset AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260.
Dedicated Memory 2.1 GB.
Total Memory 2.1 GB.
Memory 12 GB.
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit.
Service Pack 0.
Size 64 Bit.
Edition Basic.

I'm not really into these things... I used some site whether to check if my laptop should be able to play League of Legends and it said that I could. The first 5 minutes in LoL, I can play with rather high settings, however I need to play soon after that on the lowest settings and even then I have a low FPS...
My laptop should easily be able to play LoL, however I'm facing huge frame drops and there needs to be a solution or a thing I can do manually to increase my laptop's performance. Does anyone have an idea?

How hot does your laptop get? If you can start on high, but then need to pull back on performance, it sounds like your hardware may be throttling down to account for overheating.

HWMonitor, at the link below, will let you monitor the temperatures that your cpu, gpu, etc, are hitting. Try running LoL with HWMonitor in the background and see if that's one of the issues.

Okay so it showes a difference of 30 degrees before and during playing LoL. Is that a possible cause for the framedrop or is it normal?

how fast do u experiencefps drops in lol?
On my laptop I start with 180fps, but it drops to 100fps when in lane and farming begins. In teamfights it can drop to 60. On my old laptop (i5 2nd gen with intel hd 3000), I had to use an old graphic driver to get 60fps. Newest driver would give me 20-35 fps, a 2 year old one constant 60fps.
good luck finding the right settings
