So I recently bought a new laptop. It's specs are not the best or anything but still they are pretty decent.
Specs:

Number of Cores 4.
Video Card 1 AMD Radeon(TM) HD 8610G.

Dedicated Memory 2.8 GB.
Total Memory 4.0 GB.
Video Card 2 AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260.
Manufacturer ATI.
Chipset AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260.

Total Memory 2.1 GB.
Memory 12 GB.

Service Pack 0.
Size 64 Bit.
Edition Basic.
I'm not really into these things... I used some site whether to check if my laptop should be able to play League of Legends and it said that I could. The first 5 minutes in LoL, I can play with rather high settings, however I need to play soon after that on the lowest settings and even then I have a low FPS...
My laptop should easily be able to play LoL, however I'm facing huge frame drops and there needs to be a solution or a thing I can do manually to increase my laptop's performance. Does anyone have an idea?
