Okay so i have been having problems with my pc lately. I had a preview of windows 10 installed on it. My pc froze and i couldn't click anything except i could use my keyboard. So I installed windows 7. Everything worked fine. I installed skype and stuff, until my keyboard spazzed out and so I restarted my pc. Once it restarts, it'll do a loop restarting. I had the option to boot into my hardrive or cd but it still resets after i chose either of them. So now I can't do anything, but i can go to my BIOS, so if there's anything i need to do, tell me. Oh and I installed windows 7 by mounting it in the virtual drives. I also have windows 7 burned on my usb drive, but it acts like a local disk.

When you installed back windows 7, was it a clean install? Did you format the hard disk partition before installing the Windows 7 back?

Next time, when you power ON your PC, please press F8 (function key) just before the windows logo screen appears (or you can simply keep on pressing F8 again and again after you set the power ON, till you see a boot-options menu). From the list select the option to "Disable the automatic restart after the problem" (some sort of similar text appears on actual menu line) and proceed to boot.

Note-down the error numbers, and the error code message that appears, if any.
Also, try to boot your PC in safe mode (one of the options in boot menu) and let me know if you were able to boot in safe mode.
