Dark globe, the parts you given are really expensive in where I live(India). The GPU you suggested alone cost 400 USD. Can you suggest some parts that are available and of less price in India or could you comment on my build. Thanks really appreciate your reply.

your build is not very well balanced
you are spending too much of your budget on the processor and too few on the video card .
change the cpu for i5 4460 (even i3 4130/4150/4160 will do the job)
and buy more powerfull graphics card like 270/270x if you can afford it .
(you will not be able to overclock 4690K on H97 motherboard anyway so it´s waste of money)
also buy more reliable psu (XFX-550w,seasonic-520w-550w)

Dark globe, what if I replace the GPU with gtx 760 and the rest all stays same. Will it be compaitable with the motherboard and processor. Also I am not interested in over clocking since I am not going to spend on extra coolers so can you tell me if my build will be good If I replace just the GPU with gtx 760?
