Does the FX8350 bottleneck the R9 290 Tri-X?

Hello all, so recently I have a built my PC and I am just waiting to install my GPU (R9 290) having said this on a other forum people have told me that my fx8350 will bottleneck my r9 290 and i will only get 30 fps ultra preset ect. ect. and it worries me because I dont know wether there just Intel fanboy's or wether there actually right there saying even a cheap i3 will do better than the fx8350 and it will bottleneck my r9 290?

I had an Fx-8350 @ 4.2 GHz and the same R9-290X in my sig below. The games I tested and the benchmarks I ran never showed any CPU bottleneck. By bottleneck I mean the CPU cores at or near 100% usage and the GPU well below that.
