Hi, sorry for my bad English, I speak French.

I'm looking for 3 things. (All in Canadian dollars)

1: What is the best (Performance/noise(I prefer less noise than more performance)) all in one closed loop water cooler for 75$?

2. What is the fastest 120gb-128gb SSD for 80$? What is the fastest 240gb-256gb SSD for 110$?

3. What are the best GTX 970, and the worst? Is it worth it to wait for the r9 3XX to come out, because I'll probably buy my gpu in May/June?

My specs so far:
i7-4790k
Asus Z97-E
2x4gb avexir core 1600 ddr3
EVGA 750w bronze semi-modular
Bitfenix Shadow
Seagate Barracuda 1tb

Thanks!

1) Just CPU cooler right? Corsair H55.
2) $80 - only really the Adata XPG SX900 fits this budget. $110 - Crucial M500
3) EVGA / Gigabyte Windforce are the best at the moment.

If I were you I'd get a cheap SSD (you won't really see a difference in mid range-high range ones in day to day use) then get a better GPU, maybe a 980.

Also if you're going for quietness over performance, you're far better off with a good air cooler.

Well, saving 50$ with a cheap ssd won't save me enough money to buy a 980 (200$+ more). Should I wait for the r9 3XX?

I want this mainly for the look. Do you know any good looking air cooler for the same price?

And the Gigabyte is one of the cheapest, so I'll probably pick this one, or the Strix if I can find it for a similar price.

I might wait for summer to buy an SSD (I have a summer job) and buy now a 980, if so, which 980 is the best?

Thanks for your help!
