What was question number 1? You don't have to make a new thread for each question.

ALso, are you planning on upgrading the GPU? If not, there's quite a bit of imbalance here. And the CX series is an OK series that typically isn't recommended unless the budget restricts a higher quality.

Yes the GPU and PSU are for budget reasons. Can I get a better GPU for the same money?
