I also like having the extra room on the board itself. I have large hands and things can be fiddly at the best of times. Its just a personal preference really, they are pretty much identical. If they're not someone feel free to correct me.

Someone on another thread just said:
"No overclocking is possible on a H board. Considering the real price differences, which between most equitable H and Z boards is negligible, deciding to go with a Z board leaves all your options open, SLI, OC, higher speed ram, upgraded Sata options like Sata express or m.2, better audio, better Lan etc. H boards only go up so high in these components because of the cost factor. Imagine an H deluxe, with the best of everything costing @$200..youll get the same from a competitors Z board for less than $150, as Z boards are tailored for the gamer crowd and competition there is stiff.

Going with an H board sets limitations. If you decide you want to upgrade later, the H may not allow it, and then you are stuck. If you have any inclination towards performance increase, limiting yourself now would be doing yourself a disservice. "

Is this true? In the future when i want to upgrade my gpu or something will i have to get a completely new motherboard?

I have a razer deathader 2014, razer deathstalker essentials, and a asus vg248qe monitor

Isn't the stock cpu cooler enough if I'm not going to overclock?

I'm thinking of changing the i5-4690 to an i5-4590 because it lowers the price by ~$30. Does this impact my performance?
