Video Card - Palit nvidia geForce 210
Mother Board - Emaxx MCP61D3-ICAFE
PSU - 600 WATTS (clean)

I bought a Palit nvidia geForce 210 to upgrade my onboard graphics card. I inserted it to my motherboard then I uninstalled the driver of the onboard graphics card, I restarted my computer and go to bios settings. I go to advance settings and choose "Disable onboard VGA when PCIe is available/enable" and also tried "both are enable/PCie > blahblahblah > IGP". I restarted the computer, switched the VGA cable to the Geforce 210 VGA cable slot. The problem is, there is no display on the monitor, the tank is running well. I tried to switch back to the onboard VGA cable (the Geforce 210 is still there and fan is still spinning) and there's a display. I go to the device manager to check the display part but there is no Geforce 210 there.

I dont know that to do. Help please :(
