i5 4590 vs i5 4690 gaming?

I know that the 4690 is better for gaming but by how much? Is it worth spending the extra $25 for the 4690? I am talking about actual gaming performance and not just a cpu benchmark. How many frames per second more does the 4690 get on cpu intensive games like planetside 2?

You will get about 2 frames more in some games.

You're fine with the i5-4590. Good overall choice.

They're basically the same thing. 4690 isn't worth extra $25. If it was the K version, it'd be worth it.

I'm getting a new computer mainly because gta 5 is coming to pc and "The Division" is going to be amazing and I will want to play it. Also, battlefield is pretty fun but with my current gtx 660m, i'm not able to enjoy it that much. My gpu will be a gtx 980 (a little overkill but at least it will be very future-proof).
