High Pitch Noise from GPU or CPU when playing game

i bought my pc a day ago and it was fine till now. Whenever i do a move in a chess game (so when there is an animation) the gpu or CPU makes a high pitch sound which is VERY annoying. How do i fix this? P.S. I did not overclock any parts

I couldnt figure out if the sound was coming from GPU OR CPU

Check to make sure that there aren't any wires/cables hitting a fan; You might not hear it until the fan reaches a certain speed, which could be your circumstance. I had this happen to me a when I first built this computer, the CPU's heatsink's fan cable was just barely touching the fan and you could only hear it when the CPU was working harder so that fan speed would increase and the noise.
