I wanna play 1080p on high and at a decent frame rate(50+), I also want it to be future proof as well.

CPU: AMD FX-8320
Cooler: Asetek 510LC Liquid CPU Cooling System
Ram: 8GB DDR3-1600 Consair
GPU: R9 290 4GB
MB: ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance
PSU: Thermaltake SMART SP-750(750watts)
HDD1: 240 Kingston SSD(To run off Windows)
HDD2: 1TB Western Digital

What do you guys think?

Looks good so far, A few things I'd recommend changing;
Your gpu is good, I would recommend the GTX 970, It's slightly more powerful (can manage higher fps) it's a bit more power efficient, which will save money, and it's newer so will be a bit more future proof. It's about 50$ more expensive though.
I'd go with a air cooler for the same price, as they are a bit more reliable (if an aio leaks, it can damage mobo and other components.)
Here's a build I made up, that should be around the same price range, but will have a bit better performance, and is quieter. :)
