Problem with GPU or PSU?

My PC randomly shuts down when playing some games.
I haven't had any graphical issues or glitches.
My CPU never goes above 60c and my GPU never goes above 70c.
I recently dusted my PC and the heat sinks and fans are clean.

Elite: Dangerous shut my PC down a few times when jumping, but after lowering settings it stopped.
Elder Scrolls Online shut my PC down twice, in dozens of hours of playing.
Aftermath (new WarZ/Infestation game) shut my PC down twice.

When using the default FurMark stress tests and benchmarks my PC would shut off after a couple seconds, but with the custom settings (720p, no dynamic background, and no burn-in) I could run it for the entire 60 second duration.

I had a problem launching Far Cry 4 after the yeti update, It would get to ~80% loaded then my PC would shut down. Removing one of my RAM sticks fixed it though. After I stopped playing I replaced my RAM and I haven't played it since.

I just tested my RAM with Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and it seemed to be all good, no errors popped up.

AMD FX-6100 3.3 GHz
ASRock N68-VS3 FX
Sapphire 7870 XT 2GB
AZZA 700W ATX Power Supply PSAZ-CP700
2x4GB A-Data DDR3 1333 MHz
Windows 7 64-bit

---------------

Very late update
Turned out it was my PSU. It died (with a bang) within a few minutes of GTAV back when that came out. Luckily nothing else was damaged and I upgraded my PSU.

Is my GPU to blame? PSU? RAM?

Check for any updated drivers for your board and GPU. Windows memory diagnostics misses too many errors. Run memtest86 and if you start seeing errors check one stick at a time. If you find errors then replace your ram.
