Does the corsair 200r have good enough airflow?

I am willing to add another fan and i selected the one at the bottom of my build. would that fan be good enough?

im also looking at the 230t incase thats better

It comes with a front and a rear 120mm fan. I'd recommend adding another to the front.

The 230T - http://www.corsair.com/en/graphite-series-230t-windowed-compact-mid-tower-case-rebel-orange

is almost identical to the 200R. But it already has the 2nd fan in front.

Thank you but ive read online that you should have 1 intake for 2 exhaust (1 top 1 back)
Should i go with the 230t and add another exhaust for better airflow?

"Thank you but ive read online that you should have 1 intake for 2 exhaust (1 top 1 back) " - you either misread it or its wrong. The idea is to try to create a positive pressure inside the case - compared to outside - to minimise dust entering.
