Which AMD R7-260X model is the best?

So i decided what GPU to get for my brothers CPU i built him which is 500W PSU, Intel G2020, 2x4GB of 1600MHz Ram, and i know his CPU sucks but he will only play on 720p and is happy playing on low settings at 30FPS also. The R7-260X should run every game on Ultra at 720p at 30FPS at least so he should be happy. But which R7-260X is best the XFX, MSI, GIGABYTE, ASUS, Sapphire, or HISCOOLER? I really like the XFX one. Also it must be 2GB of VRAM, thanks everyone.

depends, some of the more expensive 260x cards can cost as much as an r9 270...... in which case id spring for the 270.
Mose models by gigabyte, asus, sapphire, xfx are just fine.
