If you're going to buy it soon, I'd get the Titan X from Geforce.com and get the rest of the parts from Amazon, since Newegg's customer service just fell off a cliff.

I would just get something like this instead of 5960x, unless you are doing some very heavy video editing or something, but then again it would go over the budget. Also, you song need more than 2x Titan X, beyond 2 the scaling is not as good, 2 of them will definitely give you 60 fps in all games at 4k. If you're buying them tomorrow, I would just get the Titan X from the GeForce website, the other ones are either not out yet or is always out of stock. Plus the Titan series don't have much difference between the one from Nvidia and their partners. So there is no disadvantage for buying straight from GeForce.com. Water cool them yourself if you wish, but the cooler on it is pretty good too. The g sync monitor will help with stutter or tearing on the screen.

i didnt put any monitor because i am not satisfied with the quality they give for a 4K setup..

But I need 4k because it is better than HD and 1440p. Please 3 way sli the gtx titan X if you can if you cannot than just sli titan X. Core i7 5960x is better than i7 4790k. Please build a good one.

only one gtx titanx is plenty enough for 4K , the i7 5960X is better depending on which kind of editing softwares you use....
in gaming there is not really difference , in editing is like a said above
but ok i will build one for you ...since you have some money to waste

5960x with 3x Titan X is not happening with your budget, lol. That's already $4,000, you would need at least a $250 x99 mobo or higher for all of those PCIE lanes. Then at least 32Gb RAM which is required according to Nvidia for the Titan X plus you'll need it for your editing, so that's at least another $250, leaving only $500 for the rest. You do not want to spend so little money on PSU or case, you would need a very good case to keep 3 of those Titans cool. One Titan X is already enough for 4k if you OC it for some games and if you have a g sync monitor that would help even more. So I don't know why you want 3 if it is not beneficial or needed, 2 is already plenty for 4k.

However, around $1500 could be saved by not using that particular i7 and using only a single Titan X, having two of them is overkill, you'd do fine on one, and you really don't need the power of that particular i7.

Edit: And to even make it close to your $500 I had to cut some corners, such as using a Mid-Tower ATX case instead of full and not including extra fans to maximize airflow. For the build you're requesting, you aren't budgeting enough money.

Lol, now it is funny to read. If you're looking forward to overheat them and have all of them die at the same grave at the same time, go right ahead and get 4 of them. I came from having 4 GPUs and it is not that beneficial, unnecessary heat and power for very little gain. Now I have swapped them for 1 Titan X and in my opinion it is better than all 4 of my previous GPUs combined. When it is OC'ed, it is enough for the latest games at a pretty playable fps, but get a maximum of 2 GPUs if you want 60 fps all the time, seeing as money is not a problem, just get 2.
