Help: Upgrading my micro gaming atx pc to be silent - suggestions to components

Hey

My micro pc is very noisy and hot when gaming, and I want to upgrade it to be silent/quiet.

My current config is:
SilverStone SUGO SG08 case
Intel I5-2500K
Gigabyte GTX 660
Asrock Z68-m
4 gb ddr3 pc-1600
256 Samsung 840 ssd
1 tb black caviar hdd

I can't afford to bulid a brand new pc, so what should I upgrade to make it more quiet?

I'm thinking of replacing CPU, graphicscard and maybe the motherboard. Do you have any suggestions for components.

What would be your budget? and unless you are buying a K series processor, upgrading the motherboard would be pointless more or less, unless it is a MB with a OverClocker. e.g. MSI's OC Genie. (or if you want a non-I3, I5, I7 cpu like a xeon or going down the AMD route)
