Hi,
So I've had this PC for about 1 year and over the year I've gradually had BSOD's first I thought it happened because I didn't have good CPU Cooling so I bought one and put it on.
Note: The Thermal Paste was either burnt or just very dark, close to black, even tho I'm pretty sure my CPU didn't even go over 100 °C to even get close to getting the thermal paste to burn (It was the already applied Intel paste).

But after a week of no BSOD's I got one again while streaming with obs ~2k bitrate and 720p after about 5 hours. The time it needed to get to that point has gradually lowered and now I'm just sick of it cuz my CPU should be able to handle it easily. Also I have 4 fans running through my Define R4 case. One on the top one on the bottom one in front and one in the back

CPU: Intel i7 4790k 4.00Ghz
CPU Cooler: Gelid Tranquillo Rev. 2
Mobo: Asus Republic Of Gamers Maximus VII Ranger
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP CML16GX3M2A1600C10
Power Supply: Corsair AX860

The temperatures are:
Idle: ~35°C
In use: ~37°C
Under load(Gaming): ~60-71°C
Under heavy load (Gaming+streaming): ~62-73

Hardware Monitor Screenshot: http://puu.sh/gTUOZ/aa1ac0c016.png
EventViewer: http://puu.sh/gTV1U/99b43cd72d.png
Tell me if you'd like me to look for something specific I have no idea what this is :p

Just in case the games I play while it happens: CSGO, Osu, HotS and it would probably happen with any other game aswell.

I'd be glad if any of you could help me fix this problem. But before I try getting Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste on there (Which I don't know if it would fix it) I'd like to know if there are any other ways to fix this.

Solution
yes dude you need a bio updates BIOS 0707 was last in 2014/05/20 theres been 5 different bios since that bios was released.

You can download asus AI suite 3 and use EZ update to help update bios.

I'm no pro but i'll try to help troubleshoot .

Its running at stock clock with no bios changes,Have you ever changed the CPU Core Voltage?
Have you looked at Windows Event viewer to see what piece of hardware is failing?
Are all of your drivers update?
do you have any tools installed like intel Extreme tuning utility?it can help you tell if your CPU is thermal throttling/power limit throttling.

I have used the wizard in the bios/eufi to overclock(I think) the CPU a very very VERY small amount.
I think this is the error that causes the pc to crash: http://puu.sh/gTV1U/99b43cd72d.png
Tell me if you think otherwise and I'll look into that.
The DNS Client Events warning is Hamachi LogMeIn Crashing before the BSOD, The ACPI says the BSOD text that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware bla bla bla.
And The Kernal-PnP gives this message: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&daba3ff&2.

Edit: I have put the Specs in the thread itself.

hmmm the Hardware Monitor Screenshot says your clock speed is 1326 ghz.

Download intel extreme tuning utility ,And see wat the processor frequency is.
then post a 5 minute Stress test, but Turn the test off if your temps go over 90C

Also whats the bios version of mobo?

There sure are a lot of different errors... Most of em are these:
The Kernal-PnP a driver that seems to not be an issue (on startup)
Something about a embedded controller (EC) not responding within a time period (on startup)
And this:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected. (On startup)

Also I think this might be the error message from just after the BSOD:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa800db0a028, 0x00000000be000000, 0x000000000100110a). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032615-5694-01.

BIOS version was 0601 on the sticker but Intel Extreme Tuning Utility says 0707.
The Processor frequency(I'm assuming u mean the Cache) is 4.39GHz so it seems to be 10% overlocked?(seems I was wrong about it being very very small, sorry...)
Stress test: http://puu.sh/gTYIz/1e281aae56.png
Temp peak: 83 Average: 56 Lowest: 33
Note: (Normal) Processor Frequency went to 4.48/4.49GHz while the stress test was running

turn on the CPU core voltage in the intel extreme utility in the setting graph(the little wrench above the graph)

Your active processor Frequency is running @ 1.68 ghz,I think your bios needs to be updated on your mobo because your processor is not running at correct Frequency.

(edit)I want to know want your CPU core voltage is actively running at

Idle: http://puu.sh/gU04b/d24c36259f.png (It jumps to 1.2290 occaisonally
Under stress test: a steady 1.2290 V
And about the update. How do I go about doing this? I apparently get some file on a FAT32 usb stick and put it in, but does it need to be done while the pc has power? and where do I get that file at.

EDIT: I found the driver files :)

no you can Flash the latest BIOS but i think Asus boards have a great utility called AI suite 3 and use EZ update which can update bios through windows?I'm not sure but Asus is easy to flash if you wanna do old fashioned way but AI suite 3 will get you the the correct version.

I like AI suite 3 but never needed to update my bios since i'm using very New z97 board.

That bios update should have increased stability,Check and see if you get BOSD during a game?

you also could have adware/malware..... Run windows in safe mode with networking run a anti-virus and then download Malwarebytes and scan while in safe mode with networking

Nope, the CPU is reset now fully because of the updates to the BIOS/EUFI.
Also, you most likely have your Power Settings set to High Performance which minimizes your CPU Usage at 100% and maximizes it aswell so u'll always be at 4.00
