Windows 7 and I.E. will not download ANYTHING and computer stops if I try.

If I click "download" and click RUN or SAVE or RUN AND SAVE the download starts then stops .message can" download. NO ERROR #, ect. Then I.E. stops and computer reboots. I mean nothing downloads. I tried MrFixit but will not download. I tried to reinstall I.E. 11 but again, WILL NOT download. I can't restore as I can't go back very far. Anyone?

Hi

Most people have friends or family who have full internet access to help them
If not go to a computer support company

Some malware blocks anti malware software so you may need access to a internet connected PC anyway

Have you tried running a repair? Booting to the disc or USB, however you installed and run the repair option. Have you downloaded Firefox or Chrome and attempted downloads? You have plenty of space on your drive? And lastly, download, burn and run memtest.

you do realize I can't download..CAN"T DOWNLOAD. I am happy so many peeps have taken an interest. However I am wondering what can't download anything means to them
