AMD FX 8370 Overclock

Hello guys i made this post to ask if it is safe to overlock the AMD FX 8370 4.0ghz (4.3ghz turbo) up to 5.0ghz because i plan on getting my first custom build an don't wanna ruin it so any information would be great Here are the specs i will be using.
Case - NZXT Source 340
Fans - Maximum 120MM Color Case Cooling Fans
Noise Reduction - Anti Vibration Fan Mounts
CPU - AMD FX-8370 4.00 GHz Eight-Core (4.3 GHz Turbo)
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
MOBO - ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AMD 970 ATX
Ram - 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/2133MHz Dual Channel Memory G Skill Ripjaws X
GPU - AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5
PSU - 750 Watts - Corsair CX750M CX Series
HDD - 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
SDD - 120GB Kingston SSDNow V300 Series
HD Cooling - Vigor iSURF II Hard Disk Drive Cooling System x2
OS - Windows 8.1 64 bit

your gonna need a way better cooler than that to tame that beast a liquid cooler is gonna be needed
also the another motherboard is gonna be needed to reach 5.0ghz

motherboards needed at least ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX or ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+
cooler needed corsair h100i or Phanteks PH-TC14PE BK

Would i be able to do it with the AMD FX 9590 and the ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX with a good liquid cooling?

the 8370 can be overclocked that high for a cheaper price so why bother with the fx 9590 and yes the asus sabertooth and a h100i should be fine

i recommend you get a i7 with a h97 board they are better at everything and the price will be about the same as going with a fx 9590 and a asus sabertooth board

being a amd person doesn't mean you can't give intel a try, i was also a amd person went from a 760k to a i5 4690k and never regretted it once
