looks good to me, perhaps if you sacrifice the SSD you can get a better GPU like the gtx 970. you can always add an ssd later on, there also are better quality units for a cheaper/the same price. I'm thinking of xfx 550wattts for example.

Then sacrifice the SSD and upgrade the GPU to a gtx 970, and change the PSU to an XFX 550 or some Evga b2 series PSU.

Yea when you get the money for it :)
I think that the 120gb SSD is the sweet spot for fast storage, you can find Crucial very cheap and reliable.

an SSD will just increase loading times and boottimes. it's wont affect performance at all. I wouldnt even go for a 120GB SSD, games nowadays are 30-50 gigs so with the OS you'll be able to store 2 maybe 3 games on it. personally I wouldnt settle for an SSD under 200 GB

drop the SSD, get a gtx 970 and xfx ts 550watt PSU like I sugested. you'll get better performance for the same price.

Yes I agree what others posted above. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a junk PSU for your new expensive build. I recommend Seasonic/XFX 650W.

I would also recommend dropping the SSD for a GTX 970 or Radeon R9 290, unless you can afford both. Don't get me wrong it's nice to have a SSD for your boot drive, but for gaming the better GPU would be more important. On the other hand, if you don't play FPS or modern games that require a heavy GPU, a lesser GPU and SSD may be better. Personally I would get the GTX 970.

Whatever you do, don't buy a crappy PSU.

Good not too expensive options for a psu,
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr%2Cxfx-power-supply-p1650gts3x%2Cxfx-power-supply-p1650xxxb9/
the 750watt gives an option for sli.Just looking at relative cheap options here, could get even better for more.Still very good quality btw.

Really want white ram on that red and black motherboard? Some red options,

It's up to you of course,if you want it because of the white case for instance.

You also already have a Amd r9 280 for less than the gtx 960 or a r9 280X just a bit more expensive, would look at that too beside the gtx 970 option, which is the best card. For a comparison between the cheapest options,

I would look at the Amd options when spending that kind of money, the r9 280 for les or the r9 280X for a bit more, but not the gtx 960.Or you must want a system that draws less power.

Thanks for the informative response. I am not intending to play FPS games like BF or Arma, but just CS:GO as my FPS. I am also going to play new games like Witcher 3 and JC3 when they come out. I will pick up XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply as this was suggested earlier

Well Witcher 3 will be extremely power hungry, so I would recommend the GTX 970. The SSD is a luxury item. Yes it will make you load to Windows in around 8-10 seconds flat which is cool, but your games will run much faster with the GTX 970.

I highly recommend the Crucial MX drive you selected, but if this is mostly a gaming PC, the better GPU is the way to go on a budget. Keep in mind if you want to add the SSD later you will probably want to reinstall Windows, etc.
