High End Graphic Card under INR 20000

I want to play games like watch dogs, Assassins creed unity, far cry 4 and bf 4 etc. with smooth fps.
I am using fx 8350 with 650 watt PSU.

Firstly Below 20k Rupee there is no HIGH END card.There are Two options You go with the GTX 960 or r9 270x
Both of those cards are amazing but it also depends on what do you want easy gameplay without issues or with issue AMD cards run into a alot of issue.Although they fix the issue with updates it isnt worth it.You either go for HIGH END cards in Nvidia or go with MID RANGE card with AMD.AMD is known for thier MID RANGE cards not high end.My suggestion Would be GIGABYTE GTX 960.

im guessing the priced droped because it was 21000 INR before i posted but you are correct the 960 is better

SOURCE-I am building a PC myself in a weeks time so i learn everything.Im going for the GTX 970.
Suggestion-If you can go till 30k then it would be more better as MSI GTX 970 is 29k and is the best bang for the buck compared to GTX 960

Go for MSI GTX 960 gaming 2GB card. I am using it and I am playing all latest games with high-ultra settings at 1080p. I promise you wont gonna regret.

GTX 970 will be too expensive for his budget(almost 8k-10k higher), R9 290 will be too hot for Indian climate and louder, more energy consuming, directx 11 card. R9 280x is also a directx 11 card and in performance it is beaten by newer GTX 960 card. And also R9 280x and 290 are more pricier then GTX 960.

R9 280x has better FPS in every game than the 960 the 960 even struggles to beat the 760 sometimes.

290 to hot? ever heard of custom coolers and custom brands?

I smell a Nvidia peasant.
