I currently have Windows 7 ultimate x64 and these components
Core i3 3240 @3.4Ghz
Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti OC edition
8gb DDR3 ram
1TB western digigital caviar blue HDD 64MB cache
and my question is will arma 3 multiplayer(altis life,wasteland)run better on W8.1 In cities i have 15-20 fps and when i get on a open field i have 30-35 i tried changing video setting but nothing helps on singleplayer with everything on ultra im getting 40-50 fps so its not the gpu(my res is 1360x768)so if it runs better on windows 8 im going to install it.Thanks in advance for the help
