I was wondering how I should install windows, my primary concerns are the fact that there is both the power button on my case, the power switch on my power supply and the power button on my motherboard, I was wondering which of these I needed to press to access the bios. After I access the bios I assume that I just put windows in my optical drive and boot from that, I have an ssd and an hdd so will i be able to tell windows to load on the ssd? my final question is do I have to worry about drivers, my motherboard came with a driver disc but I am not sure how or when I need to install them.

Solution
first off. just to be safe unplu the HDD so that you don't make any accidents and accidentally put the boot partition on the HDD. this way everything goes onto the SSD for the best experience.

To boot into windows installer simply power on the pc with the DVD inside and press a key when it asks to bott from DVD, no need to do it manually from BIOS, usually you press the delete key or f9.

If you are installing Windows 7, you should definitly download the latest drivers from your manufacturers website (DON'T USE THE DISC)

If you are installing Windows 8, it will be alot easier as 8 is alot better at auto downloading most of your stuff but i'd still recommend getting a few drivers from your manufacturers website.

The switch on the motherboard is just there in case you are testing things outside of your case and you want to turn on the PC. It's a handly little feature but, use whatever button you'd like to power on your machine.

As for the drivers, you simply start installing them once your windows install in completed and you arrive on your desktop for the first time. At this time you could plug your HDD back in. (you may need to restart to detect it)
